Composite pallets are produced by blending recycled wood fibre with eco-friendly resin and pressing them in one shot under high temperature and pressure. The result is a dimensionally very stable pallet that is unaffected by moisture, mould and insects.

The composite pallet (pressed wood / sunta pallet) produced at our facility in Akyurt, Ankara is shipped across Türkiye and is suitable for export.

What is a composite pallet?

A composite pallet is a new-generation pallet produced by pressing wood chips and fibres under high pressure and heat. It is also known as a pressed wood pallet or sunta pallet. Lighter, more hygienic and recyclable than a classic wooden pallet, with no nails or screws.

Do composite pallets require ISPM-15 (fumigation) for export?

No. Because it is processed with heat and pressure during production, it falls outside the ISPM-15 standard and requires no fumigation (heat-treatment) certificate. It can be used in export shipments without extra processing or cost.

How much load can a composite pallet carry?

Depending on size and design, composite pallets offer up to 3 tons of static load capacity. Weighing about 14-20 kg, they are far lighter than a euro wooden pallet.

What are the composite pallet sizes?

The most common size is 80×120 cm (1200×800 mm). We also produce 100×120 cm (1200×1000) and 110×110 cm (1100×1100) standard sizes, as well as made-to-order dimensions.
