Efesan Kompozit was founded to bring palletising solutions for logistics, storage and export under one roof. We put composite (pressed-wood) pallets at the centre and complement them with capacitainer pallet boxes and wooden pallet collars for export and storage.

How is a composite pallet produced?
From raw material to dispatch, every pallet passes through six controlled stages using hot-press technology.

Raw Material Prep
Wood fibre/chips and urea-formaldehyde resin are selected and prepared.

Mixing & Dosing
Fibre and resin are blended homogeneously at the correct ratio.

Hot-Press Moulding
The mix is pressed into a single piece under ~150°C and pressure.

Cooling & Curing
The pallet is cooled in a controlled way for dimensional stability and strength.

Quality Control
Each batch is checked with load tests, dimensions and visual inspection.

Stacking & Dispatch
Nested for compact stacking and shipped with logistics savings.
