120×120 cm composite pallet (1200×1200 mm) is a single-piece presswood (chipboard) pallet made by pressing recycled wood fibre under high heat and pressure. Produced at our facility in Akyurt, Ankara; available as standard or made-to-order.
Where is the 120×120 large square pallet used?
1200×1200 mm is the widest base in the range: designed for a single large big bag, wide octabin boxes and bulk packaging. The broad footprint reduces tipping risk; it is preferred for agricultural goods, granular chemicals and plastic raw materials.
Its square form, combined with 4-way forklift entry, allows fast, safe handling at the loading dock.
Advantage over a wooden pallet
The 120×120 cm composite pallet weighs about 19–22 kg; noticeably lighter than a solid wooden pallet of the same size. This lowers freight cost, especially in air cargo. It does not absorb moisture, does not rot, has no splinters or nails, and is dimensionally stable.
ISPM-15 exemption in export
