110×110 cm composite pallet (1100×1100 mm) is a single-piece presswood (chipboard) pallet made by pressing recycled wood fibre under high heat and pressure. Produced at our facility in Akyurt, Ankara; available as standard or made-to-order.
Where is the 110×110 square pallet used?
The 1100×1100 mm square pallet is the classic size for drum handling: four 200-litre drums fit exactly on one pallet. It is standard in chemicals and lubricants; the square form centres the load and gives balanced 4-way forklift handling.
It is also a common size in Asia-Pacific trade and stows efficiently on the container floor.
Advantage over a wooden pallet
The 110×110 cm composite pallet weighs about 16–19 kg; noticeably lighter than a solid wooden pallet of the same size. This lowers freight cost, especially in air cargo. It does not absorb moisture, does not rot, has no splinters or nails, and is dimensionally stable.
ISPM-15 exemption in export
